By accessing or using the Hujozat platform, mobile applications, or any of our booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Bookings & reservations

Hujozat provides a platform to search, compare, and book travel services including flights, hotels, cars, buses, visas, Omra packages, and travel packages. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant travel provider, and Hujozat acts as an intermediary.

You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided at the time of booking — including names, dates, and travel documents — are accurate and complete. Hujozat is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through the approved methods offered on the platform.

Hujozat uses secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our servers. Certain bookings may require full or partial payment at the time of reservation.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by travel provider and by the specific fare or rate booked. The applicable policy is shown before you confirm your booking and in your reservation details.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider and your payment institution. Service fees may be non-refundable.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must comply with all applicable travel, visa, and immigration requirements for your journey. Hujozat is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

6. Limitation of liability

Hujozat provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hujozat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the value of the service fees charged by Hujozat for that booking.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and confirm that all data provided by you is accurate.
