What is Hujozat for Business?

Hujozat for Business is your company’s workspace for corporate travel and expense. Your team books across all seven verticals — flights, hotels, cars, buses, visas, Omra and travel packages — and every booking is attributed to your company automatically.

Everything runs inside your own company account. Members, bookings, cost centers, policies, approvals, expenses and analytics are scoped to your company and invisible to any other company on the platform.

Core concepts

• Company — your account. Everything your team creates (bookings, cost centers, policies, expenses) belongs to it and is invisible to other companies.
• Member — a person in your company, with a role that decides what they can do.
• Cost center — a department or budget you attribute spend to.
• Travel policy — the rules a booking is checked against (caps, cabins, verticals, approval thresholds).
• Approval — a held booking that broke policy or exceeded a threshold, waiting for an owner or admin to decide.
• Expense — out-of-pocket spend, grouped into a report and approved.
