Rules you can set

• Max amount per booking — the ceiling for a single booking.
• Requires approval over — bookings above this amount route to an approver.
• Advance purchase (days) — how far ahead travel must be booked.
• Allowed cabins — the flight classes members may book (leave empty to allow any).
• Allowed verticals — which products members may book (leave empty to allow all).

How it’s enforced

At checkout, a member’s booking is evaluated against the active policy. Anything that breaks a rule (or exceeds the approval threshold) is held and sent to the Approvals inbox instead of being confirmed straight away.
